Description
AS VAL special purpose assault rifle was developed by the end of the 1980`s at the interests of USSR KGB and Armed Forces Special Forces units, adapted especially for their tasks and needs, in complex with VSS “Vintorez” special sniper rifle.
This weapon got perfect reputation among multiple SF units specialists due to its powerful cartridge,convenient construction and the construction scheme, adapted especially for silenceless shooting and tasks of SF units. It was used during both Chechen Wars, South-Ossetian War and a lot of other armed conflicts at ex-Soviet territories and continues to be used actually by SF units of FSB,Rusguard,Police and Ministry of Defence of Russia.
NPO AEG AS VAL airsoft version is made with maximal authenity to the original combat prototype and has the same weight,appearence, durability, has folding stock, Soviet-type “lastochkin hvost” optic sights mount , AK-type fire switcher. Also, it has V3 gearbox inside, AK-type hop-up chamber. Battery installation(not included into the supply kit) is executed into the silencer imitation.
